Topic Paper – Organizational Effectiveness
Prepare a minimum 4 page (content) APA formatted paper summarizing the key points from at least two research articles on a particular topic/subject related to this class. Tie it to a topic of interest to you.
Be sure to include in your discussion how it relates to this course. Consider how it helps further your thinking about the topic. Be sure to list the references at the end of your paper on a reference page and cite it in the body of your paper (paraphrase and/or quote).
This approximately 4-page paper is ON A TOPIC OF YOUR CHOICE as related to organizational effectiveness. The APA-formatted paper should include:
Introduction
Review of current issue as related to an aspect of OE
Analysis of two articles as related to OE and how it relates to class material
Conclusion and Summary
Reference page citing two journal articles and any other source
There are so many to choose from so don’t get overwhelmed with the options. Remember, in this type of course, the weeks go by quickly. Make a commitment to doing some early research, reading and begin writing.
